Meet Emma

I started going to Pilates classes over 15 years ago, initially to support a friend who was experiencing back pain. Pilates has remained a constant in my life since.

​

I love the mindfulness of movement in Pilates and the structured, holistic approach which allows us to develop greater body awareness. This means that we can respond to what our mind and body need and work accordingly, whether that be to improve our breathing, balance, coordination, strength, mobility, or stamina.

​

I am a qualified Pilates Matwork Teacher with a L3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates. I continue to develop my practice with additional training on working with pre and post-natal clients, the older population and for breast cancer rehabilitation.  

 

I also have a L2 Group Exercise to Music qualification which means I teach group aerobics classes. 

​

I am trained in fitness sports first aid.
